Returns Policy

1. The Buyer has the right to return a product within 14 (fourteen) days.

2. The Buyer may return a product if the returned product meets the following requirements:

          2.1. The product must not have been used, it must be undamaged and retain its original value;

          2.2. The product must be presented in its original manufacturer's packaging (the packaging may be altered only to               the extent necessary to inspect the product) and must retain its commercial appearance;

          2.3. The product must remain with all original labels attached.

3. The Buyer must inform the Seller of the withdrawal from the distance contract by submitting a properly completed standard withdrawal form, which can be found here: https://e-seimas.lrs.lt/portal/legalAct/lt/TAD/2c2983a0d0d011e39b2ab5bbcc4f49fb/asr, or by providing a clear statement expressing their decision to withdraw from the contract through the contact details provided in the "CONTACTS" section of the DEKOTI website.

4. The products are to be returned after agreeing in advance on the pickup time and exact postage machine address.

5. The money paid for the returned products by the Buyer will be refunded to the Buyer’s account, from which the order was paid, no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day the Buyer’s notice of withdrawal from the contract is received.

6. When returning non-defective products, the Buyer will be refunded only the amount paid for the products, excluding the shipping and DEKOTI return fees.
